IP Recruitment Limited is an Independent Recruitment Agency based in Hoddesdon.  We have been successfully supplying both Temporary and Permanent Staff in the local area since 1994.  Founded by Rosemary Lebentz, the company has gone from strength to strength and we pride ourselves on the reputation we have built up over the years for providing an excellent service to both Clients and Candidates.

We are Corporate Members of the Recruitment and Employment Confederation (REC), the professional body dedicated to representing the whole of the Recruitment Industry.  Sally Rowley became an individual member in 2005 after completing her Foundation Award in Recruitment Practice through the REC, she is now proud to be Managing Director of IP Recruitment.

Giovanna Cutillo joined the team three year ago and has bought with her over twenty years of recruitment experience. Her  professional  and friendly manner has enhanced the business and we are looking forward to another busy year doing what we do best finding the right people for the right position.

Laura Lydon joined us in October 2016 and looks after our Payroll and Accounts. She provides administrative support and helps keep the business running like clockwork.

Our newest recruit is Phoebe Tate - Mansfield, she has been with us five months and the time has just flown by. She keeps the database and all our records up to date as well as ensuring that we are GDPR compliant at all times.

Clients are guaranteed a professional, thorough and ongoing service.  Our Terms and Conditions are self explanatory and very competitive.  We are always open to negotiation so please give us a call.  Client visits are an important part of our service, understanding needs and matching these is what has made us so successful.  We have the facility to test Candidate skills and do so by request.

IP Recruitment Limited is situated just off the High Street in Hoddesdon, we are a shop front so advertise vacancies in the windows, on the website, use local press and specific job boards.  We are friendly, informal and try to make candidates feel at ease.  We have found this is the best way to get the most out of people.  We encourage candidates to email their CVs to us, but we still interview everyone spending time getting to know them.  We offer constructive advice on CVs and can provide a CV writing service.
