Your main duties will be to assist the Office Manager, prepare meeting rooms, deal with incoming and outgoing post, reception cover and various administration duties as required.

You must have GCSE qualifications A-C in English and Maths, be computer literate,  have an excellent telephone manner and be extremely articulate with great organisational skills.

To work at the head office Turnford of this very successful company recruiting Medical Staff and then placing them in NHS roles and within Private Healthcare.

The Key Tasks will be Sourcing Associates,  Maintain consistent flow of quality Associates,  Dealing with Compliance,  Maintaining job boards and Updating in house systems and database.

The successful candidate must have strong organisational skills, be able to work in a fast paced environment and preferably have experience in a Recruitment environment.

 

ADMINISTRATOR

This is a Temporary - Permanent Part-Time position, 9am - 2.30pm, for a company based in Standon.

The role varies from general administration duties - answering the telephone, filing, faxing and post, updating and maintenance of the in-house computer system, sending out catalogues and typing up quotes and pro-forma invoices to an hour of Telesales per day.

You must be an extremely articulate person with excellent communication skills.

 

INSULATION DIVISION SALES ENGINEER

Basic + commission — OTE £40,000

This family run company based in Hoddesdon installs domestic gas central heating and loft and cavity wall insulation. A lot of the work is grant aided with the government’s commitment to reduce Carbon emissions and global warming.

An experienced Sales/Key account manager is required to service the business to business sector and promote and sell companies products and services in the social housing, new build and refurbishment sectors.

Must have proven record in Key account management and marketing experience.

Experience selling to local authorities or construction industry.

Must have a passion for selling, be self motivated, commercially astute, hold a current driving licence and live locally.

 

CALL CENTRE OPERATOR

 This local company is looking for someone to provide an efficient and effective booking in service to Fleet and Insurance Customers to minimise waiting time.

You must have excellent customer care skills and a confident manner as you will be dealing with people of all levels, be computer literate and able to work on your own initiative while adhering to all Health and Safety regulations and policies applicable to your position and environment.

 

Heating Department Administrator

Our client is a family owned business who Install both heating and insulation to domestic properties.

The key function is to organise the installation of the heating so main tasks are:

Deal with customers on the phone, booking technical surveys, getting approval, arranging and checking paperwork.

The position would ideally suit someone with experience of managing an external work force and/or have some knowledge of domestic gas heating.

Must have confident telephone manner, experience in labour diary management and be computer literate.

 

MICROGENERATION MANAGER

This local family run company installs insulation and gas central heating to domestic premises and are starting to install both Solar Thermal and Solar Voltaic products.

To be in a position to offer their customers the various grants available to install these technologies they need to gain MCS Micro Generation Approval.

They are looking for someone with good communication skills to manage the technical and operational transition into solar energy products which will include helping with the application for MCS approval.

You must have a proven record in management in the heating and/or microgeneration sector, be qualified in installing solar thermal and/or solar photovoltaic products and hold current GasSafe registration. 

In the early stages it is possible that the amount of work required may not occupy you on a full time basis so you will be required to help out in the heating division.

 

TELEMARKETING

This vacancy is for a company based in Ware who provide hospitality software.

You must have proven telesales experience and not be scarred of picking up the phone.  You will mainly be responsible for phoning from a database of clients.

This is a temporary to permanent position and can be full or part-time.
