Our business has always been to supply Temporary and Permanent Staff, but due to the economic climate our Temporary placements have increased dramatically.                                                                                          

Temporary work provides instant access to employment (roles permitting) and IP Recruitment Ltd covers a range of positions from specific office and general administration through to working in a warehouse, waiting at a table or cleaning.  We can employ students looking for extra cash, highly skilled individuals choosing temporary work to give them freedom, flexibility and an opportunity to try different things and others who just need temporary work while looking for permanent positions.

Organisations choose temporary workers to cover busy periods, perhaps introduce a new position to the company or to give the new employee and themselves time to get used to each other without a permanent commitment.           We find that a lot of our temporary positions become permanent roles once our excellent candidates prove to be indispensable!  Please look under our Permanent section for temporary to permanent opportunities.

To fulfil the needs of our catering clients we continually register candidates who are looking for bar/waiting and kitchen assignments.  The work is usually by the shift, mostly at the weekend and often in the evening.  If you need extra cash, have experience or would like to learn and enjoy a social environment, give us a call or come in to register.
